Handling of Complaints 

As a medical laboratory accredited to DIN EN ISO 15189, we place the highest importance on transparency, fairness and professionalism – including in the way we handle complaints. If you ever have reason for concern, please be assured that we take your feedback very seriously.
You can submit complaints about our laboratory services or test results at any time using the contact form under the “Complaints” button on our website, by email or by phone.
Once we receive your complaint, you will automatically be sent an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it and that it is being processed as soon as possible.
Your message will be documented and forwarded to the responsible department. Complaints are always handled impartially – by qualified staff who were not involved in the original analysis. This ensures an objective review.
Depending on the nature of your complaint, we will carry out a thorough investigation and, if necessary, a root cause analysis. We will also check whether any other processes or samples could be affected. Where any issues are identified, we will take immediate action and review its effectiveness.
We will keep you updated throughout the process and inform you about the outcome in a clear and transparent manner. All steps are fully documented.
